I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late without any extra charge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the fantastic pool with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and provided an amazing view of the coastline. Additionally, this hotel is located near a breathtaking waterfall called Cachoeira de Lage, making it a great location for nature lovers.

Everything is what I need and want.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, close to the sea and surrounded by nature. We also enjoyed the pool area, where we spent most of our afternoons.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was ruined by the lack of cleanliness in our room. The bathroom had a bad smell and the shower was not working properly. The bedsheets also looked dirty and old. We were very disappointed by the overall state of the room and the lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. Additionally, there were no Christmas decorations or activities, which made us feel like we were just staying at a regular hotel instead of a special Christmas getaway.

Located near a beautiful waterfall, Cachoeira de Lage, and the stunning coastline, this hotel offers breathtaking views. the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and charming. the service is exceptional, and the staff is helpful, including Nailton. Breakfast is delicious, with an ocean view. the lounge and dinner area are beautiful.

The wifi connection is not reliable.

The view was quite stunning, and we really enjoyed watching the sun set every evening. The rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good.

The staff wasn't very helpful and it took too long to get anything done. The location was quite far away from the town, making it costly to get there. The internet was slow and unreliable, making it impossible to work properly. we were disappointed with the service at this hotel over the Christmas period.
